About Utkarsh

Utkarsh is an ambitious Corporate Academia Mentoring Program, by IDBI Intech Ltd, conceptualized with the intention to bring the expectations of the corporate world to the campuses through structured interactive training programs.

This will serve the objective of sensitizing passing out batches to be industry-ready. As IDBI Intech is a BFSI home-grown Fintech company, it leverages its deep domain knowledge of banking and banking technologies to disseminate practical knowledge, which will benefit the students as they prepare to step into their professional / corporate journeys.

With this initiative, IDBI Intech Limited strives to bridge the gap between corporate world and academia. College students are aligned with domain and techno-functional experts through the interactive sessions to help them achieve their goals, build professional relationships and explore opportunities available after graduation. While the mentees learn valuable professional skills for their careers, mentors use their expertise to show the next generation of leaders how to use the learnings.

Utkarsh was launched in January 2020 and has conducted more than 40 workshops across the country till date, benefiting more than 2000 students. It is encouraging to see that even through peak pandemic times, colleges and institutions have repeatedly adopted the program for their students. Now as we are out of the shadows of the pandemic, Utkarsh is reaching far and wide with new topics to the academia, viz- Java Programming, Cyber Security and AI/ML.

Our Offerings

Intech's Utkarsh program offers case and scenario based training to college students on various topics to help them understand business problems and arrive at practically feasible solutions. Our trainers are domain and techno-functional experts who have years of experience in training and imparting a learning culture. Utakrsh also started working on Faculty Development Program (FDP).
