Course Contents

The core contents of the program consist of the following four main modules:

1. Conceptual Module
This is a module meant for learning the basics, theory jargon any more that are required by banking professionals. It also covers understanding the structure of Financial Statements, Operating Cycle and the impact of cash flows on the Working Capital Cycle that enables a banker to take reasoned and informed decisions on working capital financing.

2. Application Module
This module gives the students all the Product Knowledge, Regulatory Requirements, Operations & Internal Control and in depth knowledge of the services rendered to the third party in the Banking Sector.

3. Banking Technology Module.
This Module for Banking Technology is the backbone of the course, giving the students opportunity with full hands-on exposure to a typical banking software package solution. The computer lab exercises are scheduled to cover the relevant topic in the classroom.

4. Customer Service Module.
The last module provides the students with an insight into the need of delivering quality service at the first time – every time, thus providing training on various soft skills in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing in the banking industry.
