The Insurance practice was established recently for catering to IT requirements of the Insurance companies, focusing mainly in Indian market. IDBI Intech, leverages the vast experience and skilled resource pool from banking technology implementations domain, to provide range of IT consultancy services as well as IT infrastructure services to Insurance companies.

Recently we are engaged in setting up of IT systems & operations for newly formed Joint Venture IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Company Limited. Scope of the project involves IT roadmap design, Business & Technology architecture design, network solution design, Systems and Applications identifications, selection of vendors and project implementation & management.

We are proceeding towards building a world class Insurance competency center in near future catering to specialized information technology areas such as business intelligence, CRM, which is of utmost importance for Insurance Industry.
