The Banking Sector is witnessing an exponential growth and is predicted to expand its employee strength by two fold within a couple of years. There is a huge demand for trained professionals with right knowledge and skills, which are prerequisites in today's banking scenario

Certificate in Banking & Financial Services (CBFS) has been incepted to cater to the needs of BFSI Sector. CBFS is a specialized training programme for aspirants who want to take up a career in Banking & Financial Sector at entry level. The course has been designed keeping in mind the needs and requirements of banks.

Fresh graduates from any stream with a minimum 55% marks from any recognized university are eligible to apply to this course. Also candidates having relevant work experience (Direct Selling Agents or Outsourced employees to other banks).

Success in an aptitude test followed by a Personal Interview will determine the eligibility of any candidate to pursue this course.

Entrance Examination Application Form should be duly filled and submitted to IDBI Intech Ltd. representative stationed at the Help Desk.

The application form should be sent along with a DD drawn on any Bank for Rs. 500 favoring IDBI Intech Ltd. payble at respective centers.

In order to provide personalised attention on each and every candidate, we have restricted each batch size to 30 candidates. Details of allotment of batch and other requisites will be provided after payment of course fees.

About the Program
The course is scheduled for a period of four weeks. In four weeks, we will aim at developing competencies in students in the areas related to banking viz.; Banking, Technology, Application and Customer Service. The programme will provide candidates a clear understanding of banking functions, an insight on the Core Banking Solutions, mock sessions, hands on job training and projects. On successful completion of the course, students will be issued a certificate for the same, and they will become competent enough to take over entry-level positions in any bank.

After completion of the course, placements will be facilitated at some of the premier banking institutions across India, to successful candidates.
